Pours a hazy brown apple cider like color with a half finger fizzy egg shell white head which gives way to some lace. The smell is of brett yeast and vinegar. It is a nice aroma. The taste follows suit, up front the taste is of brett yeast then a vinegar and green apple flavor comes through. The mouthfeel was well carbonated. Overall this is a very solid beer, it is a nice easy drink. You can easily have multiples of this beer without thinking about it, a must try.
