Spot, the Jack Russell Terrier-Blue Heeler, came to Borambola Homestead in 2015 from Deniliquin, NSW. He was a hunter-gatherer, and his luck run out after his third brown snake bite. Spot now lays to rest near the Cellar Door.

Birthday gift from the family in August 2023. Drunk in November of that year.
L: Crystal clear golden yellow, with a thin rim of bright-white head. Big-bubbled carbonation moves slowly up the glass.
S: Fresh light malt, summer grass, light minerality.
T: There's a slight touch of crystal malt and a slightly washed-out lemon citrus hop body. There's a touch of soda water, like a post-mix drink, which washes the hop body out more than it should and ultimately leads to a long but thin, watery lemony finish.
M: Carbonation is medium but exacerbated by the slightly thin body, making it seem higher than it probably is.
O: This is definitely better than the mainstream mid-strength offerings on the Australian market but doesn't hold up against some of the fuller, more expressive mids found in the craft segment.
