Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. A beer from a French brewpub? Very interesting.
The beer pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma is yeast, bread and citrus. The flavor is yeast, citrus and pepper. The aroma and flavor are a bit dull and don't have any qualities that really stand out. Still, there are really not any off flavors or other objectionable qualities in the beer. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
There is not a whole lot going on here, but it is not too bad.
