This beer is barely recognizable as a hefeweizen. Appearance is more like a blonde ale or lager, very light. Barely any clove or banana or vanilla or other aromas that are characteristic of this style. Feels light and unsatisfying, very disappointing and half-hearted offering from Tin Roof. Forget this seasonal and stick with Parade Grounds.

Didn't taste like any Hefeweizen I've ever tried & not in a good way. Too bitter. Reminded me of green olives.

Very thin and watery, wouldn't have guessed this was a hefeweizen. Trace amounts of citrus and banana but not much flavor overall

Tin Roof Yonder Hefe has a thin, quickly-dissipating head, a murky, bubbly, orange appearance, and no lacing left behind. The aroma is of rank or rotten grain, and the flavor is of sour, lemony grain, with low bitterness, and some odd tartness. Mouthfeel is medium, and Tin Roof Yonder Hefe finishes sloppy and wet. RJT

Light amber pour, big fluffy white head. Clove dominates this beer, not particularly in a good way.

Solid Hefeweizen! Smooth, refreshing with just a touch of sweetness.
