Had on tap at the brewery.
A-Dark almost black brown with a minimal head and little to no lacing.
S- Everything I was hoping for. Smokey, meaty, charred goodness.
T- A great amount of smoke and burnt wood that has been used to cook with.
M- A perfect carbonation and a lighter mouthfeel.
D- I wish there was a bigger market for smoked beers because this is a great offering from Tin Roof.

Poured into a tulip glass at Saltine, Jackson, MS
A: A very dark brown with an off-white one finger head that lingered. Significant lacing.
S: Lots of smoke in the mix. Caramel malts, toasty, with a sprig of hops in the background.
T: A roasty, toasty treat. Easy drinking and even better as it warms. Caramel malts drive this beast with a nice slightly bitter finish. A bit of dark chocolate in the mix, too.
M: Medium to heavy with medium, dry carbonation.
O: One of the better entries in the Tin Roof saga. Just a shade under Smiling Ivan. Great with oysters.
