CAN nabbed at Trader Joe's:
"Sour." "Ale with Beet Extract Color." 4.5% ABV.
Mellow but heavy on lactic acid and lactobacillus twang. No true spontaneous fermentation flavours are present (e.g. pediobacter or brettanomyces lambicus). Pale malt/2-row. Sourness is nice - maybe a 6/10 in terms of intensity.
Drinkable and refreshing but not a complex sour ale (just a clean lacto-bomb with no bacterial intricacy to it). Acidic, smooth, wet, well-carbonated, and medium-bodied.
High C+ (3.25) / ABOVE AVERAGE

Pours a very effervescent bronze with one finger of beige head. Zero head retention & lacing
S: White grapes, pears
T: White grape & a little green apple tartness up front. Crisp apples, a little dryness & white grape as this warms. finishes dry, alittle tart with some green apple
MF: Medium body, restrained carbonation
Easy to drink, but not a ton of sourness or flavor for that matter. Glad I got this as a single

River Rose has a thick, quickly-dissipating, pinkish-white head, a clear, pink-orange appearance, with fierce bubble streams and no glass lacing. Aroma is of faint lactose, white bread, and wine, and the flavor is of those elements, with a more pronounced wine aspect. Mouthfeel is medium, and River Rose finishes crisp. RJT
