12 oz can, dated 12/3/20. Purchased in March.
Served in Crane Snifter.

This can feels so good on my neck. It's so humid and hot tonight but the festivities must go on. Crack-a-lack!

A light ruby blush fills the snifter with absolutely no head. It fizzles faster than a Coke. Unbelievable. What a dud.

Sharp bottom shelf wine cooler notes in the nose with rich bready grain. I get some blackberry and lavender, slight spiked seltzer, and a bit of zinfandel as well.

Flavor is much the same. Salty watermelon, sour blackberry wine cooler that has sat out a few days, and a hint of stale pale malt. Leans heavily on the vinegar. This one really struggles.

Feel is crisp and not clean, quite starchy, moderately carbonated, no alcohol. Leaves a starchy finish.

Overall, Über Froot struggles to make an impact, scrambling with seemingly elusive flavors that don't quite hit the target. Vinegar stands guard as the bastion of this beverage and barely lets any of the other flavors grab hold. This is one I could easily say I'd never have again.

$1.55 @ Martin's in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Pours red and purple with a white/pink head,

Smells of wheat/yeast and dark fruits,

Tastes fantastic, very balanced dryness and sweetness with a rich red fruit character, blackberry obviously being the most forward.

Tartness is moderate - if you like sours, it's friendly, but if you dont, it'll be a lip pucker-er.

I like sours, and this one is downright crushable - without falling flat.

Pours a chablis type color with one finger of pinkish head. Zero head retention & lacing

S: Berry tartness throughout

T: Tartness, hints of berry sweet tarts up front. Tartness & dryness as this warms, a little berry kool-aid flavor as well. Finishes a little sweet, a little tart & dry

MF: Light body, subtle carbonation

An alright take on the style, refreshing, but not one I would buy again
