Pours a hazed amber with some floaties & one finger of cream colored head. Stays hazed, pretty good head retention & lacing
S: Pears, white grape & a touch of grainyness
T: A little yeasty twang, drryness, a little grapefruit hop, just a little grassyness as well. Dryness, pears, & leafy hops as this warms, peppery & dirty yeast notes too. Finishes dry with a little grapefruit, white grape, peppery yeast & a little leafy hop bittterness
MF: Medium body, restrained carbonation
Pretty solid take on the style, fairly drinkable
