CAN:
4.25% ABV. "Gose-style ale brewed with lime, grapefruit, agave syrup and salt."
The lime plays well in it, pairing with the salt in classic fashion. The subsidiary grapefruit and agave help - mainly because they're subtle in the mix, adding complexity without making the bear overbearing (agava is always a risk).
Not the nightmarishly syrupy tequila gose one might fear it would be. Instead, it's a pleasant refreshing ale that's relatively true to the style albeit a departure from traditional expressions thereof.

Had Paloma Gose on my first visit to the Tin Roof taproom, on draft into pint tumbler.
The lime and grapefruit are evident the agave syrup not but in any event these additions do not destroy this otherwise on-style gose.

Paloma Gose has a fairly thin, stark-white head, a hazy, lemon yellow appearance, and minimal lacing. The aroma is of the juices and underlying crackery malt, and the flavor is the same, but with a saltine cracker aspect. Mouthfeel is medium, and Paloma Gose finishes mostly dry. A very tart item, here. No bitterness.
