Artfully inspired by Audrey II, our newest Spring seasonal is the epitome of controlled chaos! Honey Malted Oats weigh in with bold flavors of bread crust and honey, while Loral, Wakatu, and Citra Hops throw an uppercut of earthy bitterness into the mix

Not exactly mean, but certainly green, Tin Roof's out-of-this-word IPA celebrates the flavors of Loral, Wakatu and Citra hops piled upon a creamy blond base taste.
Mean Green Mother pours with a creamy and pale taupe appearance while crafting a creamy ivory froth. As its mild mannered scent of floral arrangements, citrus, melon and herb, the first taste leads in with cereal, vanilla, honeysuckle and shortcake.
With the malts applying a firm grain foundation on the tastebuds, the middle palate invites the fruity hop impressions of orange, lime and light grapefruit. Slightly more tropical with pineapple, mango and papaya, the ale trends very smooth. Juicy with honeydew and a hint of pawpaw, the session eventually trails into a mildly bitter finish of grassy herbs, verbena, green tea and hemp.
Medium bodied, creamy and reading fuller than usual, the heavy cream-of-wheat base seems too rich for the hops to make any meaningful headway in taste. Trailing with a doughy sweet aftertaste, the session resides on the sweeter side of bitter-sweet and with a malty impression overall.

Can says it is hazy. Pours a bit darker than most hazy IPAs. Nose and taste are also much different than most hazy IPAs. Look, nose and taste say otherwise. This is, in my opinion an IPA or a pale lager, liberally hopped. Good beer, but not a hazy as the can indicates.
