Tasted on tap at Ivy & Ale taproom in Fort Walton Beach, FL.
Look - Interesting pink color, but hazy to point of opaqueness. Little head.
Smell - Clean, flowery aroma with just a hint of tartness and almost imperceptible funk, like the faint whiff of a winery barrel house.
Taste - Flavors are blend of lemon juice, hibiscus, and faint lavender, coming across as floral, fresh and refreshing. Not cloying, although describing that combination of flavors might make it seem that way.
Feel - Light body with low to moderate carbonation. Hops bitterness is indeterminate because the moderate sourness dominates the mouthfeel. It finishes dry and tart with sourness lingering. No alcohol presence.
Overall - Overall clean, tart and refreshing. A nice sour for sipping on a hot day.
