De Club del Gourmet de El Corte Ingles. En copa Teku. Jugando a Baldur's Gate Enhanced. Bastante plana. Levadurosa, con ligera acidez y mas azucarada de la cuenta, siendo pesada de beber a pesar de su bajo abv

I got this bottle from my buddy Leon (Basica) when we met in Holland a few months ago. Thanks Leon!
This is beer made by a Japanese brewer in Belgium! Poured in my small Struise glass this beer starts poorly and it stay poorly. Fluid like tea and a big bubbly head. It looks like mechanical carbonation but after some time the bubbles are gone. This bottle has a bit more alcohol 5,5 to be exact. Smell is not very inviting but why not give it a try. Hops are far gone in this beer. There is some crispyness and carbonation in the mouth but that's all folks. Not spectacular....

Beer bottle (33 cl.), tasted in dec. 2010.
Apperance : amber color, with white foamy head (some lacing).
Smell : sweet malty aroma with notes of spices.
Taste and mouthfeel : bitter flavours, leading to a dry spicy finish.
Drinkability : an average beer in the style Belgian Pale Ale. Beer brewed by a Japanese, this looks like an Orval, but much less complex.
