On cask at Duck & Drake in Leeds.
Pours a fairly clear amber with thick, creamy head.
Smell is bready and a bit floral with notes of citrus and toast. Very crisp.
Taste is bready, floral and crisp. Soft bitterness and notes of citrus, wheat dough and toast.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a fantastic bitter, poured perfectly.
