Hazy orange golden color with a thin fluffy head with short retention.
Unique and predominant aroma with citrusy notes of orange peel and juniper (I wasn’t expecting it; I wondered and checked the label again...).
Flavor with notes of caramel, orange cake, juniper, ginger and herbal hops. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light body with mild carbonation. No way can I tell this is 7% abv.
Juniper pretty much predominates in this Golden Ale. It could have given room to other ingredients, but still goes well with its orange citrusy notes. Worth trying, but hard to have several.
