16oz can purchased at Nectar Wine and Beer in Kendall Yards, Spokane, Washington, for $3.99. First time I've seen it. Canned on August 5, 2020.
Poured into a shaker pint glass, this appears to have been an unfiltered pils. It's not old as canned pilseners go, but it's a cloudy, orangey amber, with a fairly tight, off-white head. Held up to light, there's some floaties to be seen.
Sweet, bready malts and a very mild, floral happiness. Smells like an AAL to me.
The Taste is pretty similar to the aroma. This is a malt forward interpretation of a German Pilsner. Not much hop character.
Light to medium body. Mouthfeel is a little flabby for the style.
Swing and a miss for WB. Maybe it's a super perishable pils and woukd be outstanding the same week as canned. It ain't much at this point, however. Maybe WB needs to stick to IPAs.
