Draft at Uncle Sam's. Hazy, pale golden, almost milky, soft creamy head. Aroma is sweet, citrus, juicy. Taste follows with more citrus, grainy flavors, citrusy hops. Light on the palate but leaves it tingling

I was excited to try this beer. On tap at a local restaurant. It was just ok. Nothing really stood out. Perhaps, I was expecting too much after having white bluffs NOG a few weeks back? That was an amazing beer!

Update 2018: Still very good, even great. Since the brewery moved locations, the taste hasn't quite transitioned. At one time I gave this beer a perfect score - all 5's. It has changed. Kind of like complaining that the sky is the wrong shade of blue. Nitpicking. It's the second-favorite child to White Bluff's NOG.
(First review) THIS is what in IPA should taste like, look like, smell like, and feel like. Rarely do I run across a beer that tastes exactly how it smells; this beer does. Citrusy and grapefruity with a hint of pine. SOOO freaking smooth with some bitterness on the backend. Aftertaste is pleasant, reminding you of the last sip you enjoyed. I give this beer a 5/5 all the way around. Fantastic. As of this review the stats listed are off which are listed on Beer Advocate. As of 12/18/15 this beer is 7.7 ABV and 96 IBUs (maybe they've tweaked the recipe). If you happen to be in Tri Cities, Washington, do yourself a favor and check out this beer. Hopefully in years to come this is further distributed for the rest of the country and world to enjoy.

Our (wife and self) current favorite beer. A true example of the style. Hop floral notes and bite without being "over the top " like other IPAs or imperial IPAs. It is justifiably White Bluffs flagship ale.
2016 news, it is now ( or has recently been) being sold on tap in several Richland establishments.

On tap at brewery tasting room, Richland, WA, 5.19.11.
Deep gold body, multiple streams of small bubbles rising to surface. Half finger white head, some lacing retained. Taste is grapefruit pith (!) big pine resin notes leading to a quite bitter finish, re Simcoe, Cascade, Citra hop profile. Nose mirrors taste, hard to pick up much malt. Medium mouthfeel, little effervescence. Nicely done.
