Popured a clear copper color into the glass. 1 finger cap reduces soon to a surface lace, laces the glass modestly. Spritzy carbonation.
Medium body, modest malt spine,... soft, watery mouthfeel.
Some light caramel sweetness and meek toasty grains in the start in balance with softly bitter hopping fast dry finish , no after taste.
Unoffensive but soft bordering on watery character.

unpasteurized so must refrigerate. An OK beer. Appearance would be enhanced with labels staying on bottle, but pale clear color OK.. STill high on carbonation. A bit malty but otherwise no memorable taste. Better than national brands but not by much.

poured out a reddish auburn colour, with a finger and a half of head. the head faded to a thin covering layer fairly quickly. The nose is fairly simple and straightforward, as is the taste. Smooth and pleasant going down, there are no strong indications of bitterness or sweetness. I liked it, but there are many better beers around.
