Our strong beer for the winter and bock beer season
A mildly hopped, expressive bock beer. It goes well with both hearty and sweet dishes. And it is not only during Lent that it can be enjoyed without food.
With 16% original gravity (alc. 7.2%), this bock is brewed from regional raw materials. The malt comes from the region and the hops from the Hallertau (Hallertrauer Tradition & Saphir). The bock is matured in the lager cellar and bottled in our own bottling plant in Loh.
