This is the real deal ginger beer, it’s made from a recipe dating back to 1500’s. It is a fresh citrus ginger with spices recipe. It was the original formula from which early beer was made. It was drank during the first colony and originated from Thomas Harriot from the Turks and Caicos islands. The other so called ginger beers are fake malted made one or sugar watered non alcoholic ones. It does take s little bit to get used to the taste. It’s a pure fresh fruit ginger beer. It looks light colored, not much head not bubbly , smell is fresh ginger , lemon , citrus.
Taste is spice like ginger no strong after taste. Needs to be ice cold
Can drink it plain or mix it with spirits or best for Moscow mule.

I'm kind of in love with this ginger beer. Don't expect it to be like a regular beer, because it's not; it's a ginger beer, made from ginger, not malt.
It takes a second to get used to the taste, especially if you're used to the non-alcoholic ginger beer which tastes like soda, because it's sort of an off sweet, which I like. I wouldn't be able to tolerate an overly sweet drink. This has the right amount.
Taste is great all on its own, it makes you feel like you're on a beach. But you can make it more fall-like by adding bourbon and orange juice or just stronger and more like a Moscow mule by adding vodka and, if the mood strikes you, lime

Spotted this in the store and often like to change things up a bit from the standard beer offerings, especially given that I don't drink soda. I do, however, enjoy ginger beer...
A: Quite pale, though I poured a bit enthusiastically and ended up with a sediment clump that fell into the glass at the end of pour and gave it quite the haze. It bubbles, but there is no lacing here to speak of.
S: The aroma is fine. It smells like the ginger that it's made with, along with a hint of lemon zest. It's pretty straight forward, but pleasant.
T: Here is where things go a bit awry--I had taken a sip from the bottle before pouring into the glass and sediment or not, the taste is about the same. It does have a ginger bite, and I like that--but it has a very soapy quality to it that is quite unpleasant. I wouldn't go so far as to call it a drain pour, but I don't think I'd subject myself to it again. I think much of this has to do with the citrus notes. They don't come out on the nose the way I'm tasting it, but the best way I could describe it is that it tastes the way a citrus household cleaner smells.
M: The mouth feel is actually quite nice. A medium body, and a little bit of a slick coating over the roof of the mouth. This would normally be a positive thing, and thus the scoring on the feel will be based on that factor--unfortunately, the flavour that it retains is the low point of this beverage.
O: This certainly has some positive qualities--but the taste is a hindrance. We drink things because they taste good, and that is one of the more important elements of most anything that we consume. I can't see myself revisiting this one.

Pours - very cloudy lemon color no head not a bubble in sight no lacing.
Smell - Lemon and ginger as well as other spices I am not sure of it will for sure open your sinuses, when my wife tried it she said it smelled like mop water.
Taste - Very spicy little lemon twist reading the label it says brewed with spices I am sure there is some kind of pepper in there. the flavors are very competing between a spicy and a bitter beer.
Feel - Kind of dry you get some burn from the spices a pretty bad after taste as well.
Overall - I really did not care for this beer the smell is not appealing nor is the taste.
