Big thanks to Mike & Ed from The Community Tap for procuring this growler for me. I owe you guys... Served from growler into a Stone nonic. Poured a hazy golden yellow orange with a two finger pure white head that subsided to a minimal amount slowly. Maintained nice lacing throughout the glass. The aroma was comprised of malt, peppercorn, hops, bread, and citrus. The flavor was of malt, fruit, subtle hops, spices, with a followthrough of citrus. It had a light feel on the palate with mild carbonation. Overall this brew wasn't that bad at all. I am not usually a saison fan myself, but this one didn't have a lot of the 'intrusive' flavors of a saison that I usually don't enjoy. Just for the record this is definitely not an American IPA as stated by the description but is definitely a lighter flavored saison as eluded to by the name (I have submitted an update already). The drinkability on this was not overly impressive but was still good. This one is worth trying at least especially if you are a saison fan and you can find it.
