Opened by whiterascal.
A: pours out a clear ruby-pink olor with a pinkish-white head that sat around for awhile.
S: i get a nice blueberry aroma as well as saison yeast and bread. it has a very pleasant blueberry aroma. i could smell it as soon as i opened the bottle.
T: i get bread and saison yeast flavors. there is also some blueberry, but not as much as the nose lead on. there is also a weird bitterness in the finish, and it has a slight metallic taste. there is a bit of pepper and some oak in the finish as well. the bitterness sort of throws this off for me. it does finish off dry, which fits the style
edit: as it warms the bitterness seems to fade some and the blueberry comes out more. it is better as it warms.
M: it has a thin body with a good amount of carbonation.
O: this beer has a nice aroma and appearance, but the flavor is just off for me. I liked it more as it warmed, but still not sure how often I would pick this up. i dont like the bitterness in this beer.

Very nice packaging on this, great label, the wax seal, even the "D" imprinted in the wax. Poured into my large Gulden Draak tulip, Blueberry Saison is a ruddy auburn with a faintly lilac tinged head, big, fluffy, leaving heavy chunks and lace.
Smell is yeasty, some blueberry and pithy spritz.
Taste is good, the blueberry is there, some sweet fruit and tartness, but it's well integrated and far from overbearing. It's also fairly yeasty and just a touch hot. Nice peppery bite from the yeast.
Mouthfeel is a little thick, lacking the dry mineraility essential for a saison.
Drinkability is pretty good, a well made blueberry saison. I'd prefer less yeastiness, more attenuation, and prefer fruity farmhouse strains to the spicy ones, but that's a matter of taste. Never heard of these guys before I picked up this bottle at the Beer Stein, but now I look forward to trying their other offerings.

Thanks again to the Bier Stein for stocking this beer.
A: Ruby brown/reddish tint, with a decent amount of carbonation bubbles flowing to the top. Minimal head, and decent lacing as well.
S: Blueberry hits the nose right away. Possibly some other dry fruit notes, and a hint of cherry. This is a really fruity beer.
T: Honestly, all i could taste is Blueberry. Some fruity overtones hit the palate, and above all, I can really only tell that there is a blueberry flavor to this.
M: Not too thin, but a little to watery.
D: Not a big fan of Saisons or other fruity beers. Probably won't try this one again.
