Crystal clear straw color with a good white head and nice active carbonation. Light coriander, light orange peel, and light heather aromas. Flowery heather-like flavors on the forefront with some coriander and fruit on the finish. Medium-light bodied and fairly creamy and refreshing summer brew.

Not cloudy white as most and fairly mild, esp. in the coriander.

This one pours a hazy yellow, with a tight white head, not frothy, just good carbonation. Considering they use 100% wheat for this beer, I expected more smell. There are the usual spice and fruit smells that I think come from the yeast profile, but not much else. Taste is tart and tangy, with a spicey finish. Once again, I expected more wheat flavor. Am told they add no flavorings to this beer, just wheat and 2 different yeast profiles. Maybe a little corriander, and orange peel might give this beer a more complex taste. Not much hope profile either. It is a light, and drinkable beer, but as with their other beers, I think they hold back, so as to not offend the masses. Good selling idea, but I think people will grow tired of the beer quickly.

The appearance was only average, being the good cloudy yellow but lacking the glow of some. It was a bit low on the coriander and couldn't compete with the spicier wits like Wittekerke or even Allagash's. More orange than coriander. Otherwise a nice mild take on the style.
