The beer arrived at the table a clear golden straw with a huge lasting head which laced the glass.
The aroma was sweet, malty yet with a grainy aroma.
The flavor was sweet honey which dries out over time due to a well done hop balance.
The finish was crisp and dry with a medium light body.
The head brewer said he actually adds honey to the beer.
