A dark blonde, slightly coppery ale with a compact, fairly firm, white head.
A pleasant grainy note and discreet hops (herbal and floreal) emerge from a malty base.
Increasingly bitter on the palate, with a distinct, fresh grassy note.
Decently dry, but no honey or malt finish, as is appropriate for this type.
