I thought this was a pretty tasty sessionable pale ale. Nice nose, a little bit maltier than my go to pale ales, but not overly sweet.
This would be in my regular rotation if available easily in the USA.

330ml can served in a tulip glass.
A: Pours a pale yellow and slightly cloudy color forming a small white thin bubbled head with low retention and practically no lacings left
S: Strong smell of flowery hops. Piny and fruity. Notes of grapefruit and passion fruit. It uses four types of hops in its formula: Pacific Jade, Pacific Gem, Motueka and Riwaka. Quite malty backbone. Great Maris Otter malts profile
T: Follow the nose. Intense hops in the mouth but not extremely bitter (31 IBUs). In overall, a dry taste with notes of grapefruit and passion fruit. Once again, nice malty backbone
M: Light watery body and low carbonation. Flowery hops and pale malts in the aftertaste
O: Good drinkability. Excellent surprise from the Italian part of Switzerland. Strong personality. Refreshing Ale
