A: Light yellow, a touch hazy and next to no head
S: Light, grains, a bit sweet but not unpleasant
T: Slightly sweet grains, a bit of corn and floral notes
M: Light-bodied but surprisingly balanced
O: All things considered no flaws and went down quickly. Refreshing, even. That said, quite plain and simple

A: Pours a pale yellow color. A bit hazy. Forms a small bubbled white head. Low retention and some lacings left in the glass
S: Spicy and grainy. Sweet grains. Some spices, some flowery hops
T: Slightly sweet malts upftont. Flowery hops, coriander. Too pale and too mild hops bitterness to a California Common. A little bit metallic
M: Light body. Light carbonation. Sweet malts aftertaste
O: Average drinkability. Good one from Birrificio Ticinese
