The unique one - Eittinger Albert was brewed in honor of the company founder Albert Fischer. The bottom-fermented and unfiltered cellar beer creates a harmonious interplay of hops and yeast. The taste is rounded off with a beautiful malt aroma. It was brewed using the same brewhouse recipe in the infusion mashing process that Albert Fischer already used.
