The fruity one - Eittinger Sommerbier is a top-fermented draught beer that has a lighter character thanks to the reduced original wort. The fine, straw-like malt notes are not only accompanied by the subtle fruitiness of the ale yeast, but the Hallertau Cascade and Mandarina Bavaria hops added in the cold section also give the beer the necessary roundness and balance.
