Pours a murky medium amber color with short white head leaving a bit of bubbly lacing. Nose is sweet , fruity and hoppy. Taste follows with the obvious mosaic hop profile and a supporting malt background. This is a really tasty, well done IPA. A surprising find in Cambodia.

Amber with no carbonation, clean filtered, and topped with 5 fingers of glassy, light beige, head.

Smells of candy floss, oranges, and caramelised sugar. Its a sort of light and kids candy like smell.

The taste totally follows the nose. Its sweet, but not overly, with hints of kids candy and creme brulee.

Light body with little carbonation.

Got and drank in Chiang Mai, Sept 13th, 2017. Really pleasant brew that hides the alcohol really well.

330ml bottle poured into a pint glass.

Crystal clear copper amber in color, it tops with pretty thick frothy off-white head that stands with decent retention before collapsing to some bubble sheet on the surface and leaving some lacing patch and spot.

Sweet and fruity hop aromas of floral, sweet blossom, rose, papaya, orange, and some earthiness. Malt lends its sweet and caramel as well as bread in the support.

The taste is led by the Mosaic flavors of floral, sweet blossom, rose, papaya, orange, some earthiness, and moderate bitterness through the palate. Malt reinforces with its bread, sweet, and caramel. The end and aftertaste is a bit lasting with fruity hop and a subtle hint of alcohol.

Medium body with quite smooth mouthfeel and quite lively carbonation, the feeling is crisp and refreshing with a typically dry finish.

This one really shows the Mosaic upfront to hold its name. It is much better when it is slightly warm. Pretty good offering, I’m looking for more from Outlaw.
