Reviewed from notes. A BIG thanks to JLindros to sharing this beer he got on his business trip through Israel. Poured into a tulip.

A - Light light brown with a thin one finger head that slowly fades. Not too dark/stout looking.

S - Light roasty malt...eh. Very light and watery.

T - Like the nose, this is also very light and dry with soft roast and chocolate.

M - Very light and sessionable. That said, its not super stout like.

O - Overall this was an alright stout. I guess you dont want to drink a big, heavy stout in the heat of the middle east. This isnt too bad all things considered.

Darker colored creamy 1/2 finger head fades at a med pace, dark hazy cola brownish black colored.

Nose is reminiscent of guiness, creamy but dry stout, hint of smoke and toasted malt, hint of black patent, hint of bitter dark chocolate, chalky malts, caramel, hint of lactose.

Taste starts with a dry stout, slight creamy malt and milk chocolate, light caramel and toffee, hint if black patent and dark choc, juicy malt and a hint of a metallic twinge. Touch if lactose and slight chalky dark malt. Finish is drier with some rising bitterness mostly from the darker malts, light chocolate, malted milk ball, hint chalky roasted malt.

Mouth is med bodied, slightly creamy but feels a bit light, decent carb.

Overall not bad, very sessionable but a bit light feeling overall, nice dark malts but not enough, then again in the hot israeli sun you wouldn't want much bigger. Nice finish, hint of bitterness, goes down easy.
