Very hazy with a straw to gold color. Moderate head which leaves numerous spots on the glass.
Skunky smell despite the brown bottle. I imagine this is not very fresh regardless of what the label says.
The beer flavor is still skunked but less so. The barley comes across as unmalted, leaving a raw grain taste. The body is quite thin even for a Pilsner—much closer to an American macro. The hop is so subtle as to be unpresent. Overall, very dispointing.

Brought back from my trip to Israel a couple weeks back. Hope this hits well with the super hot weather.
Pours a pasty white slight fizzy 1/2 finger head fades at a med pace without any real lacing, with a mostly clear slight chill hazed golden wheat color.
Nose is interesting and unique, starting with bready malts, cereal grains, toasty like freshly malted grains, slight grassy floral hop.
Taste brings more of the same, plenty of cereal grains, toasty bready like malts with a light cracked straw. A light bready grainy slight yeasty bread like flavor. Then very light bitterness with hints of floral grassy hops, and touch of orange peel. Finish is fairly dry with light lingering bitterness that gets a bit more bitter than the initial flavor, slight grainy malts. The more it warms and the more I sip, the more herbal hops start to make their presence known and build a bit.
mouth is lighter bodied, lighter carb.
overall not their best beer, and I'm usually a sucker for a well done pils. This one kinda falls flat, figuratively and literally. Light flavors, lacking in overall toasty grains and hops, but nothing wrong overall, just light.
