Draught @ Papago Brewing:
The beer pours a limpid golden amber color, the head creamy in its texture, the color a bright white, and the head impressive in size and as it dissolves, a fine coating of lace is left to conceal the glass. Nose is malt sweet, buttery, citrus crisp and clean with the start a pleasantly malt sweet, top is fair to middling in its feel. Finish is crisply acidic; hops are persistent in their spicy bite, tart and droughty aftertaste.
