This beer is a pale, hazy straw color and it is topped by a creamy white head. The aroma is dominated by clove at first, but I quickly am able to get notes of banana as well. There is perhaps a hint of spicy/ tart wheat in the nose as well. The taste is soft and fruity up front, it then moves to notes of banana and spicy clove. The finish is lightly tart, with a slight bite from the hops. This beer is soft and creamy, yet it has a sharp spiciness to it all at the same time. This is really quite nice. There is a nice wheat character that is a bit tart. This is really a quintessential example of a Bavarian Hefeweizen.

Cloudy yellow color with a bold head and lots of lacing. Smells of sweet maltiness, sugar, and banana with citrus. Taste is refreshing and full with a nice blend of citrus and wheat. Mouthfeel is slightly watery but it does it's job as it hits the tongue from the front of the tongue to the back on a fizzly bed of sugary wheat. I could drink these in the warm AZ sun all day.

The beer pours to a slightly hazy deep amber color; the head is portly in size and the consistency creamy with the color an off white, as it slowly dissolves the resultant lace a fine covering upon the glass. Nose is slightly sweet, mostly malt with a slight hint of the wheat and a touch of banana, start is sweet, light malt profile, the top thin to light in its feel to the palate. Finish is perky in its acidity, the hops mellow and the aftertaste quite dry. A drinkable beer, but I think a bit "Thin Waisted", but it would make a good "Arizona 118 degree Dry Heat" Beer, and "NO" I don't any "lemon" in or on my beer!
