330ml brown glass bottle.
L: Hazy, dark gold with several streams of bubbles rising to a thick cap that collapses quickly.
S: Bready and citrusy but pretty light overall.
T: Grapefruit, citrus rind and dusty yeast upfront with spicy resin emerging.
F: Medium body, smooth mouthfeel, dry finish.
O: A acceptable session IPA from Phuket, drunk on Ko Yao Noi. Plenty of flavour, with a decent mouthfeel for the relatively low ABV, but not quite refreshing enough for this hot and sultry weather. Maybe not cold enough, although the bottle and glass were both running condensation. Seems sacrilege but I’m already looking forward to a crisp and cold Singha.

A 330ml bottle, with a best before date of 15th February 2023. Poured into a pool friendly stemmed glass.

Appearance: A slightly hazy golden orange colour with a half finger white head that had good retention and left nice lacing.

Aroma: Pineapple, grapefruit zest, citrus rind, and a touch of caramel.

Taste: Grapefruit, citrus rind, candied pineapple, a touch herbal, moderately bitter, with a light spice note.

Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Overall: A simple IPA, but it was definitely refreshing on a hot day by the pool.

Golden color with medium haze, off-white head. Aroma has lots of candied orange, tangerine and other citrus peels. Taste follows with the sweet orange rind notes, earthy and resiny hops but without very much bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. A quite well made and easy drinking IPA.

330ml bottle poured into a pint glass.

Hazy dark gold in color with massive creamy off-white head that withstands with exceptional strength before slowly subsiding to an eternal foamy crown on the surface along with plenty of lacing patch and spot here and there.

Floral, a bit spicy, very big zesty citrus, passion fruit, lime, tropical scent, pine, resin, and some bready malt in the background, it is so juicy and fresh overall.

The taste is based by bready malt with a little bit sweetness. Hop then begins to take over with touches of floral, pine, resin, lime, and citrus, all of these flavors come in subtle fashion and good harmony. The end is wrapped up by some spice from hop as well as just slight clean bitterness while there is not much aftertaste left.

The body is light with smooth mouthfeel and lively carbonation generated nice crispness and refreshing feel through the palate, finish is clean and a bit dry.

Light, crisp, clean, and refreshing, this could be considered as pretty good session IPA considering the aforementioned qualities.
