ANDAMAN Phuket Dark Ale

Our very first beer recipe at our Patong, brewpub in 2010. It's inspired by the Great Ale tradition, yet suit for the tropical climate of Phuket, the Andaman treasure is brewed by using floor-malted Maris Otter, an increasingly rare artisanal practice in producing malt today. Submerged in a rich malty aroma and flavor, with a soft biscuit and caramel touch, wrapped up with an espresso finished. For those who seek the adventure of taste and appreciate the substance over style.

Best drink at 7 degree celsius. Awarded "GOLD" at the European Beer Star 2019 in Nuremberg, Germany.
