A decently sour beer with mellow strawberry notes, which we were impressed with. Not many beers are able to capture the flavor of a ripe strawberry as this one does, so hats off to La Cumbre!

A clear gold color with a small white head. There was some pretty lace.
Sweet malt and strawberry aroma. Somewhat tart.
Tart strawberry taste, a little bit salty.
Tart and refreshing. Great on a hot summer day.

22 oz. Bomber
Bottled On: 6/1/17
Poured into a Trillium glass a pretty nice cloudy yellow/orange color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy/foamy one-finger plus white head, which also leaves some pretty nice creamy sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, yeasty, with some strawberries, tart. The taste is pretty nice, malty, yeasty, nice touch of strawberries, nice little tartness. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely. Overall, a pretty tasty brew.
