I had this beer at the La Cumbre Brewery in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where they sold is as a triple IPA. However, it tasted more like a Barley Wine, perhaps both, so I think the description is correct.
Look: It has golden somewhat cloudy color with a medium thick white head with nice lacing.
Aroma: Hops, wine, citrus, caramel sweetness.
Taste: Sweet with a malty wine taste like a barley wine yet it also tasted grapefruit, pine, and had a hoppy bitterness reminiscent of an IPA.
Feel: Medium to full bodied, a lot of alcohol, good for sipping.
