(Draft, La Cumbre Brewing, Albuquerque NM) First sip goes down easy. So much hop aroma that it almost smells like vinegar at times; doesn't get in the way of the flavor though. (note from brewer: "at least 15lbs of hops in the hopback went into this beer", 40% Equinox). Overall, good drinking!

10 ounce pour at the brewery. Ales for ALS brew.
A- Frothy pale white head, light trickles of carbonation, clear golden body. 5
S- Robust aroma of grapefruit peel, orange and flowers. Followed by dank, resinousness and pine. 4.25
T- Pine burst, dank, earthy hop flavor, vanilla, and then the flavors turn more zesty and citrusy. Grapefruit peel emerges and carries things out, although a subtle tea note complements it. 4.25
M- Lighter than medium body with a zesty feel and plenty of resin and dankess to round things out and add some volume. Bitterness is of the pleasant sort and doesn't overwhelm. 4.25
This is what a session should be: easy-drinking and still chockfull of flavor.
