The beer is a clear gold color with a small white head and some beautiful lacing,
Nice aroma. Fruity, both citrus and tropical. Pine, sweet malt.
I tasted grapefruit, orange, pineapple, and mango. A good deal of pine.
Nice bitterness that holds on for a time.
Great beer!

Thanks to beergoot for this one from his hits during NBS BIF #16. 16oz can (dated 9/29/22) poured into 16oz Willi Becher glass. Poured a clean, clear honey-gold color with about 2/3 inch of white head that had moderate retention and lacing.

The aroma had a lot of the frooty hops typical of the murkbomb style, with a very low grain presence. On the tongue, some hop bitterness was present, but also some dirt basement dankness, and a touch of skunk at the back.

The body a bit lighter than typical for the style, fairly smooth, and had a medium finish that towards the sweet. Drinkability was OK, folks who like the joosey hops will probably like it better than I do. Overall, a solid enough brew that I wouldn't chase down, but also wouldn't say no to if presented with one. YMMV.

A simply outstanding collaboration IPA between three great breweries. Crisp, original, bitter, see-through. What else do people want in a west coast style IPA? Just a great job on all counts. The look is the only small let-down with not much carb/foam action up front, but the lacing in the glass? Beautiful. Cheers!

16 oz. Can
CO: 09/29/22
BB: 12/28/22

Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice clean/clear dark golden yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice thick/creamy sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, mango, grapefruit, guava), nice pineyness. The taste is pretty nice, hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, mango, grapefruit, guava), pretty nice pine note. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a pretty nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a pretty tasty beer.

Beautiful light gold body, crystal clear; slow-rising carbonation; rich, white head, long lasting. Sublime light malt aroma with a fine earthy hop spiciness counterpoint. Outstanding light malt flavor, light bread and bread crust; subtle underlying sweetness; zesty, earthy spiciness, dried herbs. Heavenly, silky mouthfeel; medium-heavy in mouthfeel; semi-sweet feel with just a touch of dryness near the finish.

The three breweries involved in this beer created a beautiful critter. The beer exudes beer craftsmanship in a masterful way, refined, very approachable, incredibly easy drinking.

Crystal clear yellow. Small foamy white head. Decent retention, though.

Very earthy and dank aroma, cannabis and onion/garlic. Slight citrus and pine. Lemon and grapefruit. Subtle white pepper.

Pops of lemon, grapefruit, and pineapple upfront. Crisp dry malt like oyster crackers holds up the middle. Takes a turn towards grass, dank, and funky towards the finish, white pepper and lemon peel round out the finish with a touch of bitterness, but finishes extremely dry and crisp.

This is one hell of a crushable WCIPA! Way to freaking go!
