Mmmmmm. This was a tasty one. I picked up on a pleasant bouquet of tropical fruits, pineapple and papaya and maybe guava, even. The sip follows, with more citrus pith and pine. Mild bitterness. Enjoyed at the OG brewpub.

Picked up a single from the Craft Beer Hop Stop in North PHX on 2-5-25 for $2.99, Canned on 12-19-24; best by 3-19-25; consumed 2-5-25.
Beer poured golden with a very nice long lasting white head.
Nose is very nice, getting tons of floral, stone fruit, and citrus hops.
Taste is a lighter pale malt base that the brewing team does some fine work incorporating the Mosaic hop. Getting a medley of flavors up front, a touch of pineapple and mango, some peach dominates the back end. Finishes with a nice piney and passion fruit bite; 8/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is light to medium body and both smooth and refreshing.
Overall the more i sip on this beer the more klaidescope of flavors i am getting!

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a firm layer and laces beautifully.
S: Zesty citrus, resinous pine, floral notes, blueberry, a touch earthy, underlying tropical and stone fruit, earthy notes, biscuity malt, and just a hint of sweetness.
T: Bright citrus, grapefruit, lemon, and lime, earthy herbal notes, resinous pine, tropical and stone fruit, apricot, passion fruit, peach, mango, guava, blueberry, and and hint of pineapple, a touch floral, biscuity faintly bready malt, and a fairly dry finish.
M: Medium body, moderately lively carbonation.
O: Proper Westy showing off what Mosaic has to offer. Exactly what you'd expect from La Cumbre.

Poured into a Trillium glass a very nice slight hazy golden yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger plus white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, guava), very nice pineyness. The taste is very nice hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, guava), very nice pineyness. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty beer.

Crystal clear pour and body; beautiful, even density carbonation bubbles; dense, rich, spongy head, white and long lasting; sticking rings and fingers of foam cling to the glass. Nice aroma; dank with a bit of floral undertones. Fine flavors; balanced with a wheat-like malt base and bold herbal hop bitterness. Medium-heavy body; soft and spongy; semi-dry.
This is a fine single hop India pale ale. The looks and mouthfeel are phenomenal and the aroma and taste are better than most beers.

This beer is a clear gold color with a small white head and a tiny bit of lace.
Aroma of sweet fruit and outdoors/flowers.
I get a taste of orange, pineapple, with some light pine.
Medium-bodied, not bitter.
Another great beer from La Cumbre.
