Mmmmmm…. Mosaic! This is a WCIPA in name and appearance with a heavy, heady mosaic hop presence. Citrusy, piney, lightly tropical notes all carry across on the nose and sip.

Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice slightly hazy golden light yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice creamy two-finger off-white head, which leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, guava), pretty nice piney. The taste is pretty nice, hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, guava), pretty nice pineyness. Medium body, ABV hidden very well, with a pretty nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, a pretty tasty beer.

Pale yellow appearance, clear; dense carbonation; very thick and lasting head, white and semi-creamy texture. Outstanding aroma; biscuit with notes of grassy and green herb spiciness; faint esters in the background. Very nice taste; muted and balanced; delicate malt backbone with a gentle nip of hop bitterness that builds up at the finish; thyme-like herbal flavor. Medium bodied; soft and lightly velvety; semi-dry finish.
These breweries crafted a very nice, easy drinking old school west coast-styled India pale ale. Elegantly simple and easy drinking.
ABV: 6.7%; pouring temperature: 48.0 °F; canning info: CO 03/19/25 BB 06/17/25
