Beer is crystal clear pale pale gold. Aroma is piney/hoppy. Taste is light malt, with a dry, piney, hoppy finish. Mouthfeel fairly light and well carbonated. Very drinkable. Overall, this is a good beer. Nothing too complex. Crisp, hoppy, bitter, and balanced. A very nice change from east-coast hazy juice bombs.

Crystal clear body, golden amber; dense, fine-bubble carbonation; thick head, white and densely packed, creamy on top. Great scent; pine resin. Wonderfully balanced taste; light malt base with a clean flavor; sage and thyme notes; bold hop bitterness. Medium-heavy body; crisp; mainly dry overall.
It is hard to beat a La Cumbre west coast-style India pale ale...this beer is no exception. Dynamite...!!!...

Another beer by a brewery that always gets it right for the style. There are plenty of hops here, but nothing that drifts into grandma‘s perfume territory. So many West Coast IPAs taste like soap and smell like air freshener due to the overwhelming use of flowery hops. None of that here. Excellent pine and forest floor flavors from cascade hops. Do I taste Centennial? This beer has just the right balance. Very refreshing. Nice carbonation and a touch of minerality. Excellent color and head retention. Overall just a fantastic example of the style.

The beer is a clear gold color with a small white head. There is just a hint of lace.
Aroma of citrus and pine.
Citrus taste up front: grapefruit, orange, and lime. Pine at the end.
Medium-bodied, drinks well.

Poured into a Trillium glass a pretty nice clean/clear dark golden yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice thick/creamy sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, mango, grapefruit, guava), pretty nice pineyness. The taste is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, mango, grapefruit, guava), very nice pine note. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a pretty nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty beer.
