L - classic clear Cumbre beer, no complaints, good head (heh), solid carbonation, promising
S - That weird mix of cut-grass, sotol on the Sandia Peak, citric alpha acids, and some strange candied note that I think is coming from Krush and Talus (not my faves).
T - Solid bitterness and tart grasses; it almost develops an earthy-concrete note as it warms.
F - well balanced, no hop burn WHATSOEVER, and it's smooth AF For a 7.5% beer
O - A really good IPA but one that combines hops for summer that just ring a little weird for me. Summer Dank continues to be one of my least favorite hop bills, but I still love it (?). How is that possible? Oh, right, it's CUMBRE.

Poured into a Tree House glass a very nice slightly hazy dark yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some very nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, guava), pretty nice pineyness. The taste is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, guava), very nice pineyness. Medium body, ABV is hidden pretty nicely, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, a very tasty beer.

The beer is a clear gold color with a small white head and a bit of lace.
Mostly a fruity aroma, stone fruit and citrus. A little bit of tropical fruit, and a hint of pine.
Taste of peaches, grapefruit, grapefruit rind, and pineapple. A little pine late.
Mouthfeel moves seamlessly from sweet to dank.
Thoroughly enjoyed this beer!
