16 oz can best by 4/26/26 into a Becher glass.
L: Pours 99% clear light caramel color, 4 to 5 pours to empty can, has a dull white 1.5" domed head, steady lush carbo, head recedes slowly to a heavy froth drift, heavy frothy lacing.
S: Grapefruit, dried fruits, a lightly dank vegetal note, general citrus, a hint of candy sugar.
T: Melon rind, grapefruit, nectarine, citrus zest, lime zest, lemon, pine resin, a touch of yeasty bread dough, it is primarily bitter with light outer sweetness. It is quite tart and is medium sharp.
F: Lightly brisk and slightly smooth medium bodied mouthfeel with a lofty center and a long dry finish.
O: This is a delightful beer and a top shelf example of the WC IPA style. It is fairly full-flavored and is mildly intense, hop forward, and has a very dry finish with loads of citrus zest and pine resin. It is world-class.

A clear gold color. One inch white head. Some lace.
Aroma of sweet malt and light citrus.
Taste of grapefruit, crackers. Some spice late a little bitter.
Just right hops.
Another hit from La Cumbre.

An excellent West Coast IPA. Golden with a creamy but carbonated head. Plenty of hops that don’t linger. If you want more flavor, you gotta drink more. Hop lovers and hop shy IPA drinkers will enjoy this beer.

Incredibly beautiful beer; crystal clear, golden body infused with dense, slow-rising carbonation; thick head, white and lasting with a dense sponginess; spidery webs of foam cling to the glass; partially creamy and gently sculpted rocky appearance. Balanced and alluring nose; gentle malt sweetness with floral and gentle fruity esters. Superb flavors; light cracker and biscuit underpinning dancing with a peppery spiciness; earthy spices like thyme and sage; dried grass. Medium body with a gently soft mouthfeel; crisp; delicate dryness.
This is just one amazing beer. Well-balanced, very quaffable; tasty as all get out. A real palate pleaser.
