Pours gold with a quickly fading white head.
Nose shows soap, ham, citrus peel and doughy wheat. Refreshing but too soapy.
Very similar flavours; soapy, orange peel and too much herbal coriander.
Body feels watery, and there's too much carbonation.

New from Beer Cartel.
Pours a disastrous zero finger head over a straw body. No lace. None. One of the worst looking beers I have seen.
Moderate aromas of yeast, apples.
Taste is also a worry, dominated by a ginger-beer-like taste, over and above a sherbet lemonade zing. Hint of aniseed in there as well, and bit of dentist mouthwash.
Mouthfeel does all the right things.
Overall, this is my first Hawthorn, and it really tastes like the brew was made from leftovers in the fridge. Dear dear.
