A soft yellow beer with a large white head. Smells like a sour belgian style. It smells wonderful. It taste citrusy, sour like a lemon at the end. Not too dry, but a little at the end. Very little carbonation. Not a typical wit, but a refreshing version.

Bottle: Poured a nice yellow ale with some white hue and big foamy head with great retention. Aroma of wheat is dominant with a superb spice mix including coriander. Taste is smooth with lots of wheat and some well balance spices. Body is above average with a creamy texture. I was really impressed with this one overall and really wonder if I tasted the same beer that was rated in previous ratings but I must confess that I am a big fan of wheat beer to start with so that may have influenced my rating.
