Plate red ale, macerated with Torrechiara grapes.
Cherry wood color, a beautiful red. One finger of foam.
Some cork in the smell.
Very fruity smell, with grapes, and cherries. Quite sour. Some light vanilla notes. But the first impression is grapes.
Very vinous at the taste too, with barrique notes. You can feel the grape-stalk.
Very interesting.
