A: Straw colored and cloudy. Finger width head.
S: pleasant hop scent and has a floral aspect that reminds me of coriander. Almost smells like a wheat beer.
T: Taste is disappointing and doesn't really follow the smell. Some bitterness leads but it's surprisingly bland. A touch of earthiness emerges late, but overall, not much happening here.
M: Medium-bodied, with some bitterness lingering.
Not a waste, but not my favorite from PC, either. Could, use a little more character.

About a 1/4 inch of head, had surprising staying power.
Aroma was lackluster at best. A little grass, a little sweet malt. Seems to be lacking a backbone.
Taste is surprisingly bitter, and counterbalances a week malt body.
Feels watered down. This beer slips across the tongue almost too quickly to realize you're drinking something other than a light pilsner.
This is definitely not a typical pale ale, but more power to them for that. It's drinkable but I can't say I enjoyed it.

Its the color you'd expect it to be, for a pale ale. Smell is a hint of rye and a touch of astringency. Still acceptable, but merely average at best. Taste is similar. Some caramel, some rye, mostly uninspired. Mouthfeel is weak at best. I understand its supposed to be a session beer, but the mouthfeel was reminiscent of poor homebrew.
I dunno. It has potential, but I think it needs a few more iterations before it can compete with the good session pales of the world, especially here in fort Collins.

I picked up a growler today - 1/2 price fills on Tuesdays - such a deal!
Stimulator Pale Ale, as it's listed at the brewery, is a slightly hazy golden amber color. The head is solid inch after a smooth pour into the pint glass.
Aroma is nice and hoppy with a northwestern hop variety. A little citrus and a little pine.
Flavor is really nicely done. This is a hop-forward pale ale but not so much that it's at risk of falling into the "extra pale" category. Balance is the name of the game with sweetness from the malt bringing caramel and biscuit. The rye component adds just enough spice to cut the sweet flavors. The hops are well judged both in character and quantity.
Mouthfeel is medium-light in body with lower than average carbonation. That's probably due to it being from a growler but I don't think it's a bad thing.
Overall a really solid pale/rye ale. Definately worth stopping by this place after work to pick up a growler.

It poured a hazy copper with nice thick white head that faded fast but left good lace.
The aroma was a bit of spice, rye and some spicy hops, herbal qualities and grassy elements.
Thet taste followed with a touch of citrus, spice, rye and grass. A touch of caramel in the malt.
Nice balance, and very good overall drink.
