Yellow and perfectly clear with some rising bubbles.
Aroma and taste are classic kolsch and really nice, grainy, green grass, some yeastiness and a generally clean, light finish.
I was told about this place and not to miss it, already on the kolsch I think they hit the summer beer thing right on the money.

What this beer has going for it are as follows:
- light, easy drinking
- relatively cheap
- easy to find (how many Kolsches are there?)
- pretty good
The malt has more of a toasted bread crust taste to it, rather than a biscuit. Picky picky, I know. The hops can use a bit more 'zing'. But overall this is a nice patio beer, or the grab is as your first of several at the brewery. I think it's on tap at local places, too.
Definitely a "cross-over" beer for those who love Bud and crap. Of course, this is much better, but it's not scary.

had this on tap at the gnarly barley festival yesterday, reviewing from notes.
not sure if theyve named it yet, i wasnt given a name except kolsch. nor did i see one
appearance - hazy, piss color. little fluffy sea foam head. not sure whats coming next
smell - funky hops, malts that arent impressing me.
taste - getting more citrus from the hops, a bit bittering. malts are barely noticeable. not the best kolsch but certainly a bit above average.
mouthfeel - refreshing, a bit more sticky than id like
