Weak aroma of coriander
Head small (3.5 cm), white, frothy, rapidly diminishing to 3 mm broken layer
Lacing poor – rare tiny island of tiny bubbles.
Body light yellow, cloudy
Flavor begins slightly sweet with weak spicyness. Some yeast phenolics. No hops, no alcohol, no diacetyl. Ends slightly sweet.
Palate light to medium, slightly creamy, soft carbonation.
Easy to drink because it doesn’t have much flavor.
